I debated sharing this because I have not posted here much, but I've read here a whole lot and one of the main things that inspired me to keep going was seeing the goal photos of real people like me who had lost a lot of weight. People of all ages and sizes meeting thier goal. I'm a 35 yr old mother of three. My highest ever non pregnant weight was 236. So I have actually lost 101 pounds from the highest ever, but 60 lbs from when I really started changing my lifestyle. I did it by counting calories, concentrating on eating healthy food (using my calories on good stuff and not on junk) and excersize. I started just going to the gym to jog on the treadmill and use the eliptical and do some weight machines and then moved on to taking bootcamp and kickboxing and Zumba and doing Insanity and Chalean Extreme at home. My starting weight this time around was 195 and now I weigh 135. I started in Oct. 2010 and reached my goal in Dec. 2011. I may try to lose another 5 pounds after the holidays, but 135 was my original goal. I am mostly in size 4's, with some 2's as well.
