My Before & After's
So, now that I can safely say I am maintaining, I thought I would post my photos. I didn't include my story because it is so similar to everyone else's but, if you would like to know more, feel free to PM me. 
BTW I am 41 years old and 4' 11 3/4" if anyone needs to know.
Start date was 1/26/06 and official end date was 7/1/07
Before:
Weight: 214
Bicep: 16.75"
Wrist: 7"
Bust: 50"
Waist: 48.75"
Abs: 49"
Hips: 49"
Thigh: 24.25"
Calf: 15.75"
Ankle: 8.75"
Neck: 16.75"
Body Fat: Unsure but estimated around 45-50%
Now the pics:
Before
After
Weight: 120
Bicep: 11"
Wrist: 6"
Bust: 33.5"
Waist: 30"
Abs: 33"
Hips: 35"
Thigh: 18.5"
Calf: 13.5"
Ankle: 8.5"
Neck: 13.5"
Body Fat: I get different results on my scale and handheld so the average between them is aprox 20% (Scale say 17% and handheld says 22%)
And, my gift to myself for accomplishing this.....a new treadmill (I had an old proform and I already had the elliptical as well)
