Detox question

  • So I have really been wanting to do some sort of detox/cleanse lately. The only problem is that I have am short on funds. I researched and came up with some ideas. Does this sound okay to you?
For the first 2 days drink triple leaf detox tea, which can be purchased anywhere, is inexpensive, and gets awesome reviews. During this time I would drink no coffee and eat nothing except maybe a piece of fruit if I feel I must have something (I will still be working these two days). But lots of water of course. Also one glass of water mixed with apple cider vinegar (which supports healthy digestion) and one glass of water mixed with cranberry juice, all natural of course (which helps detoxify kidneys and rids you of excess water).
The following 3 days I would continue this regimen but with the addition of triple leaf laxative tea, also gets great reviews. What do you think?
I've done fasts before, though never for this long. But I've never done any kind of cleanse. But both of these kinds of teas are natural and good for you, and the acv and cranberry is very good too.
  • I have done several 10 day water only fasts. (Nothing else, no food, no juice, nothing) Many experts claim this is the best detox.

    The price is certainly cheap.
