I know I'm probably not the norm, but I just don't sweat the sodium.

I don't have any health problems related to sodium intake so, you know, I like me some salt. I probably eat less of it now than I did right when I was changing my eating behavior because salt makes healthy food so much more palatable when you're coming down from a years-long potato chip binge.

But I still eat a fair amount. Water retention, swhater retention, I don't care. Water isn't fat. I was never fat because of water retention, I was fat because I was fat.

Now, if you have to limit your sodium for medical reasons you have my eternal sympathies!

BUT when I hit a plateau with WW...I was stuck for 7 months my WW leader told me to really watch my sodium...once I did that the weight started coming off again

I like me some salt and I have a high tolerance for it. But sometimes it's too much even for me when I get that unquenchable thirst.
