I was wondering if anyone knows how much water a man 360 pounds should drink.

The General rule of thumb is divide your weight in half and that is how many ounces but to keep it no more than around 100 ounces. If you drink too much water you can deplete your sodium which is vital for your organs especially the heart to function.

That would be 180 ounces for me. Wow thats a lot. 5 liters plus I think. thx
