is South Beach working for you?
which plan can you see yourself on as a lifestyle, ie forever and ever?
can you take the skinny rules and apply them to something you have already been practicing on South Beach?
just some questions to help you compare the two plans...
sorry, I don't know much about the skinny rules, but I imagaine, from watching the BL and Bob's rules on there, that they are pretty no nonsense rules that are low fat and low on unhealthy carbs and sugars

+1 ...except I am familiar with SR and not as much so SB.

SR I can incorporate slowly and keep long term after I reach goal.

I don't know how much room for fruit SB has, that may be a potential sticking point.

Becky, in regards to the rule about no carbs after lunch, does that include fruit and veggies?
