sorry, I don't know much about the skinny rules, but I imagaine, from watching the BL and Bob's rules on there, that they are pretty no nonsense rules that are low fat and low on unhealthy carbs and sugars
+1 ...except I am familiar with SR and not as much so SB.
SR I can incorporate slowly and keep long term after I reach goal.
I don't know how much room for fruit SB has, that may be a potential sticking point.
