Default Want to start with some suppliments!!!!!

I want to start taking some supplements. I only take flax seeds now.

I have high blood pressure and do not go outside much because I have an outdoor phobia so I get no vitamin d from the sun. I was told by someone that this is what I should take:

Vitamin b complex will help with my anxiety
a fish oil pill
a multi vitamin
a vitamin d calcium magnesium combo and calcium and magnesium are great for high blood pressure.

I would like to know if these are a good start and if someone could recommend a brand.

Thanks

I take fish oil, dhea (helps with my low free testosterone), a probiotic (for my IBS, but good for all kinds of people), cal mag d, and a multi.

If you get a good multi, it should have a b complex in it. I'm not sure if all of these are necessary, but they were recommended by my doc.

I suggest you consult your physician about supplements that might be appropriate for your particular health concerns but this is what I'm doing

Multivitamin for women (men should avoid excessive iron)
Vitamin D 1,000 IU (bone health)
Vitamin C 500mg with Rose Hips (immune support)
CoQ10 30mg (heart support)
Omega 3 180EPA/120DHA (heart support)
Super Cortisol Support (adrenal and cortisol level support)
Relora 300mg (stress reduction support)

You can research each of these online to find out the pros/cons. I purchase mine through nutritiongeeks dot com.
