Default Cereal Diet

I was wondering if anyone has tried to special k diet or a modification of it? When I decided to make changes last June, I said everything in moderation. I lost a good amount of weight and my exercise is in a really good place. However, I have completely stopped losing weight and I really want to get down one more dress size. I really need to fix my diet but it's pretty impossible for me to stay on track as things are currently.

I LOOOOOVE cereal...so I'm wondering [esp. since lunch is ALWAYS my worst meal of the day] if I can do a modified cereal diet but not so low cal [since it says to only do it for two weeks] - maybe like 2 cups of cereal w/ low fat milk for bkfst & lunch w/ fruit in between and a smart ones/lean cuisine and a side of veggies for dinner...or basically just substitute in cereal & milk for lunch every day.

Has anyone done a cereal diet or something similar? Advice?

I haven't done that specific diet, but I have been known to have cereal for a snack or meal other than breakfast. Many Europeans eat Meusli for dinner (with nuts & fruit for added protein & vitamins). I had a Dutch friend who's family liked to have cream of wheat for dinner once a week.

Their is no written rule or law that says you can't have cereal for any meal of the day. I would just make sure to have some milk or yogurt and some protein some time in the day too. Yes, have the fruit servings too. Your idea as you stated sounds OK to me with the regular dinner. I'd say go ahead and try it, if you want to.
