has anyone given this a try? what kind of results did you get? what products did you use? im looking for more info on this. what ive read has been very interesting so far, but i want to hear from real people with real challenges. i hate going just off from the website selling the stuff, of course they will make it sound good they are trying to make money! lol

I don't think cleanses really do much. You may lose some water weight but that's about it. Some people like to do them at the start of a diet, but to each their own.
Your body cleanses itself, eating right and exercising will help it the most.
