Hi as the title says i dont have motivation, i have tried like bikini season but i give up when i dont see results. Do you guys and gals have any ideas on how to boost my confidence and get me back because i have been stuc kat 135 for about 3 weeks and im thinkin about givin up
What do you suggest i eat for breakfast? or snack?
for lunch i usually have a snadwhich and carrots. should i change that?
