I am soooo confused
Okay I'm here because I need you fabulous people's help!!
I've been invited to this resto-bar tonight to watch the hockey game (go Kings!) and I'm having a major dilemma on what to order.
I have been craving pizza, and I have been craving a burger.
Now I know the pizza will make me retain water, meaning I'll probably see the 150's tomorrow, and I'd rather avoid that, so that's crossed out.
The burger isn't so bad, because I usually have my burgers plain (lettuce and onion only)....So I'm looking at probably 600 calories?
I could always opt for the healthiest choice which is a grilled salmon salad, but.....
here's the kicker...
I haven't eaten anything today, it's now 5:00pm, I'm going for my hour long bike ride now, and I've been in meetings left and right today, and just got home. Really REALLY hectic day. And I'm STARVED!! All I ate was a handful of Welch's real fruit juice candy lol (because I thought I was going to faint, lol, and that was about 170 calories)
I am not drinking tonight, nor am I going to eat any appetizers or popcorn.
I usually eat a low carb diet, around 1200 calories, and I'm going to burn 600 calories with my workout now.
I just don't know what to do about my calories, I'm extremely confused for some awkward reason. lol
