OK so I am still on the quest for the perfect diet. Tired of just losing a few pounds here and there. I need something consistent. I really like Chris Powell's Reshape The Nation diet. I also have enjoyed reading the Cheat To Lose diet by Joel Marion. They are both carb-cycling approaches so I've decided to merge them. I just have to START...that's the hardest thing in the world to me right now!! I am excited though!
