I just started on Dec. 31 and I have already messed it up! I cheated yesterday when we had our delayed Christmas at my husband's family get together. Then I weighed myself today which was stupid and I have gained 5 lbs. I feel like crap and I know its my fault. Is it possible to gain weight on this diet? Not that I am making excuses but I have done really well the past few days and you wouldn't think that one day would cause that much damaged.
