I'm ready to get back on track. I've been very bad with food during this pregnancy, with a very few weeks of eating "good" but mostly eating yummy things and LOTS of white flour and sugar lol... Luckily, I'm only up 20lbs, so it's not that bad, but getting back on low carb will be hard.
I'm ready to be in the 130's by my 30th birthday on January...
It's so hard to not indulge when you're pregnant, so don't beat yourself up. Your 20lb gain sounds very reasonable so you must have been doing something right, LOL. I'm sure you'll make your goal by January.
You're pregnant! If I read your ticker right, you'll lose about 6 or 7 lbs (at least!) on delivery day! Hang in there and kudos for being aware. You'll be back to the weight you want to be in no time. Congratulations on the impending birth!
