I agree that this is a really nice forum to be on. Some online communities get so mean. I'm sure its especially true with expecting mom forums, I know some of the meanest comments I've ever seen are about people's parenting choices.

Thank you. I'm hoping not to gain 60+ pounds like I did with my other two. Its really going to take some focus and commitment this time around. Yeah I agree, moms get so worked up over who's parenting best. I'd say on a weight loss forum we are all working towards a common goal so it only helps to be supportive.

I know what you mean - I've been a member for quite a while now and it's kind of like my secret sorority. So many people on here have been "friends" for years. My weight has been all over the place - I've been successful, not successful, just chatting or actively losing and then even maintaining for awhile. Whatever it is, this has been a great forum for all of it.
