Is it possible to order the IP diet over the internet (like nutrisystem) or do you have to call the number and talk with people? I khow this is probably a stupid question, but I am sooooo insecure about myself, even over the phone!

For anyone who is on the IP diet? How do you like it so far? Are you happy with your results?
