It was so sad to see him die of the same cancer my Nana died of RIP Patrick.

I was so sad to wake up this morning to this news.

I adored Patrick Swayze, he was my all-time favourite leading man and the biggest crush of my teenage years. I remember about ten years ago being asked which character I would play in a film if I had the choice and the reason. Corny, I know, but my answer was "Baby in Dirty Dancing, so I could dance with Patrick Swayze"

I hope he is dancing now, in heaven, with the angels.

Not corny at all. I wanted to be her too!!! He was such a great actor and from what I know a great person in general. He made me cry in both Dirty Dancing and Ghost. I was sad to see the bad news.

Thank you Lori...my dad passed away 20 years ago so I am totally fine now. Sorry to hear of your dad...I know how hard it can be to lose your parents....my mom passed 2 years ago this coming October.

Thank you so much for sharing this. It brought tears to my eyes. This is a beautiful example of true love.

RIP Patrick and many blessings of comfort to his family. He will truly be missed.
