My doctor recommended probiotics when I was having a stomach thing (I will skip the details), I was wondering if anyone has been using them for any length of time, if so how are you feeling on them?

I take them - Suprema Dophilus - my health food stores own brand. It has 4 billion cells per capsule. Also use the LivActiv puddings and cheese from Kraft. I bought the capsules to help with constipation, but I honestly can't tell the difference so I probably won't continue to buy them.

I use Acidophilus Pearls on days when I don't have my Greek yogurt. I like them a lot and they seem to help in the regularity department.

I started taking them last year when I was on antibiotics a lot and still take them.

I only took them after I was finished my antibotics. I feel great now. Now I only eat yogurt on a daily basis.
