I have two smokers, dating from back when I was a meat eater. I have an outdoor smoker that uses chips, and an indoor stove top smoker. I've not used the outdoor one in a few years, but I frequently use my stove top smoker to smoke tomatoes. I also soak chips in water then wrap in foil and toss on the grill when I grill vegetables.
