maybe its wrong of me...but i live by the saying..."that which does not kill you makes you strong". And in all honesty i do think it works....i don't have allergies(escept to guinea pigs?????), rarely get sick, and seem to be healthy (except for my weight). So so far...that saying has worked for me...maybe one day it will catch up LMAO.
