hiya people i decided tha i want to start the south beach diet on monday ( tomorro) 1 problem... i cant figure out any nice and quick breakfasts that dont involve egg !!!! some one please tell me some quick and easy recipes !!! fanxxxxx love u all good luck lea xxxx

I don't know anything about the restrictions of SB, but I think it's mainly carbs, and you can get low carb whole wheat breads, bagels, etc. and have toast or bagels with some spread on them. I know my parents have done SB and they would have a lot of meats, eggs too yeah. But you could perhaps do a low carb bread or bagel with bacon or something.

hmm yehhh fanx alot lol. bagels are good i spose but i cant liv off thm for a full 2/4weeks ! lol. just dont wana live off eggs either !! i will if i have to but hopefully i wont :P lol xxx lv yaz xxxx
