I eat 2 squares of Lindt dark chili chocolate with a decaf latte (with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top) soon after dinner every day. I make sure I eat it while I'm still fullish from dinner (which is my only meal of the day) and I like taking small bites and letting it melt in my mouth with a sip of the latte. For me, the latte (which I sweeten with truvia) is a big part of the dessert. I find that the spiciness of the chili makes a small serving of chocolate much more satisfying for me. This is part of my maintenance diet; I've been eating it almost every day for years. Chocolate is hardly low calorie, but I want the healthy flavinols it brings to the table. BTW, I also eat 1/2 oz of nuts after dinner, before the chocolate.
FWIW, I make my lattes using a frother stick. They only cost about $10 and mine has been a game-changer. Lower fat milk actually froths better, and I use 1Tb NFPM mixed with 1/4 water (heated in microwave about 10 secs) that froths into a truly excellent head. I actually have lattes throughout the day (with caffeine in the morning) so I am getting protein due to the NFPM even though I only eat one meal a day.
Oh, one more thing... I do have some SF jello later in the evening. I take some supplements including some for sleeping (like EPO and time-release melatonin) and I find it easier to take them while eating the jello rather than swallowing them with liquid.
