3 oz lean sliced beef (approx 200 cal)
1/2 cup each bell pepper, onions & mushrooms sliced (approx 50 cal/10 net carbs)
1/4 c cheese of your choice I used mozzarella (80 cal/ 1 carb)
Saute beef & veggies with seasonings of your choice, put in the pocket of the pita top with cheese.
390 calories & 16 carbs for the whole thing.
I ate one half and had a salad with it. It's really yummy, especially when you're craving a cheese steak.
