Made an exciting food discovery yesterday at the local Sprouts (similar to a Henrys here in So Cal).
4 servings per bag, 20 calories per serving. I ate half the bag (only 40 calories for a nice pile). They browned up nicely, but next time I will leave them in a little longer, try for more crisp. They were fairly tasty, I had to add some salt and use ketchup liberally. Still - very cool!
Apparently, there are also cauliflower, carrot and apple varieties! I will have to find some to try
