Does anyone know what stores carry Emeril's Original Essence? I am having trouble finding it. I can order online but hate to pay shipping if I can pick it up at a store.

You can make it yourself, here's the recipe from his website:

5 tablespoons sweet paprika
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons cayenne
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried thyme
