I love PB2...... the best thing is it is real peanuts but no fat.. and at 58 cal per 2 tbls. I can have a wonderful PB and J sandwich without guilt.. I also sprinkle it on my oatmeal.. use it on Vitamuffins... in a peanut sauce over chicken ....
stuffed into celery........ I just love.....it.. adds more protein without the calories

and it taste just like peanut butter.. I make the chocolate PB2 on low fat graham crackers.......
and like someone else said.. you just add some water and mix.. that is it.......

2T dissolves down to 1T when mixed as directed according to the website, correct?

2T may desolve down into 1T but it goes from powder to solid. Think about it like fat vs LBS. fat is fluffier than muscle but a LB is a LB so 2T powder has 52 cals same as 1T wet still has 52 cals....

Just got mine yesterday. I love my skippy but i can see swapping to this. It was good on my apple but I have yet to try it as a sandwich.

I love the pb2, last month I placed a second order of 4 more jars plus I ordered 4 jars of the chocolate pb2. The first 4 jars went fast, I love it smeared on lite Flat Outs and shredded lettuce for a yummy roll-up. Yesterday I mixed some pb2 into sugar free vanilla pudding mix, added the skim milk and made peanut butter pudding.

You can also ask your local grocery store to start stocking it. We have Hy-Vee stores and they started stocking it after I asked for it. You can google Bell Plantation to order or give the grocery store the following: PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, the code is 804879048138. After the peanut butter scare I received an email from Bell Plantation that said their peanut butter is safe, they grow their own peanuts.

I had my local Hy-Vee store in Albert Lea, Mn. order it in and they did. Use the code that I gave earlier and have whatever store you shop at to order it in.

To me, PB2 actually has better peanut flavor than regular peanut butter. Doesn't taste as good because it's without the fat, but a great alternative since I can eat half a jar of of the regular peanut butter at a time.
I have tried the chocolate version and didn't like it.

My favorite smoothie of all time uses Pb2 in it. I have one of these everynight, I put it into my daily calorie plan. I think I've trained my body that I eat my dinner, a little later I have my smoothie and then brush my teeth. After I have my smoothie I know I'm done eating for the day. I figure calorie-wise it's around 260 calories. But it's also 2 servings of milk, so I definitely have room in my diet for that!

I make this in my Magic Bullet, so I know exactly what it will hold, but you can also make it in a regular blender.

12 ice cubes
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 tbsp chocolate sf/ff pudding (powder)
2 tbsp Pb2
1/3 cup instant dry milk
About 1/2 tsp SF Davinci Caramel Syrup

Blend until smooth and it's the best smoothie you'll ever have. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!!
