Default Smoothie Question

I made one of the smoothie recipes which is found on the recipe section of this website this morning for breakfast. Um, Yum!

But here's my question: using the amounts the recipe called for, this recipe made enough for 2 large glasses. I shared the other one with my 18 y.o. daughter, but then do I need to cut the calories indicated for the recipe in half? Are all the smoothie recipes meant to make 2 servings, or do I just need to get a bigger glass??

Hi There will be a bar over the nutrition box that says how many it serves. Some are very large. They were all donated by members during a smoothie recipe contest we had a couple of years ago. We ran the recipes through Mastercook to get the nutrition info. If it says it serves one, then you'll need to divide the calories between the two.

Hope that helps!
