Thumbs up Luna TeaCakes - love 'em!

Even though Clif Bar's Luna line is geared towards women, I love their tea-infused cakes. It's great that's infused with various beneficial nutrients (omega-3s, antioxidants, calcium) but I basically love them for their taste (full-flavored, moist & chewy and not too sweet) and their ingredients (you can ID everything and it's almost all organic) -- it's a great & tasty snack/dessert for 130-140 calories (and, in my experience, great recovery food after intense cardio sessions).

All of their flavors (Orange Blossom, Berry Pomegrante, Vanilla Macadamia and the new Mint Chocolate) are delicious.

The only downside is that it's a bit pricey (around $1.30 per teacake) so I try to snatch up a lot when there's a sale.

More info about them here: http://www.clifbar.com/food/products_luna_tea

Hope you love 'em as much as I do

I've seen them in Whole Foods and other stores for $99. You can also buy them from Amazon.com for less than $1 each if you buy a 24 pack.

I tried them and thought they were ok. I keep Luna bars in stock for those 'just in case' days.

Default NUT info?

What is the nutritional info on them. Are they low-carb friendly?

If you follow the link Aqua gave, the nutritional information pops up. No they aren't low carb as they are basically whole grain and fruit type bars.
