Thanks for the replies and the research information! Maybe it is just in my head!
I wish that I could just stop drinking it altogether. I have decreased my soda intake a lot...I went from about 3-4 sodas a day to 1. So, maybe in the future I will cut it out completely.
I will have to try the Cherry flavored Coke Zero and the Diet Pepsi Max. I like the taste of either diet or regular.
I think what I am going to do is drink the 100 calorie cans when I am short on calories, and really try to stick to the diet otherwise. If it is not impacting my weight loss, I will probably keep drinking the regular...but not everyday!
