Reduced Fat Fudge
1 (12 oz) pkg. Hershey's Reduced Fat Chocolate Chips
1 can Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Stir all ingredients together in a microwave safe container. Microwave a few seconds at a time, stirring often, until the chips are melted and all ingredients are blended well. Pour into an 8"x8" pan which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Chill until firm. Slice into 36 squares.
Each serving contains 69 calories and 2.2 grams of fat, only 1.3 grams of which is used by the body. (The chips are made with a special type of product)
Variation: Use peppermint extract instead of vanilla. Before mixture has chilled completely, cut into squares, shape each square into a pattie and press into red or green sprinkles for a Christmas treat. Finish chilling.
