I'm a huge avocado fan, I eat it with almost everything. On salads, sandwiches, with soup. I eat it plain with a little salt, very little. Avocados don't need anything else.
Guacamole to me should be mashed avocado (chunky please), some salt, lemon juice, and maybe some chopped cilantro, garlic, onion. That's it! I think a lot of people get turned off by avocados after trying guacamole, which to me, tastes nothing like avocados.
