I have discovered the most delightful frozen veggies!
I packed my lunches for the week on Sunday. I included C&W Ultimate Stir Fry veggies. After using the microwave on them, I discovered that they are still crispy and flavorful! The package includes:
broccoli - which didn't get soggy in the microwave
carrots
sugar snap peas
water chestnuts
baby cob corn
red peppers
mushrooms
onions and
bamboo shoots
3/4 cup serving has 30 cals (0 from fat), 0 fat, 0 choles, 15mg sodium, total carb 5g, fiber 1g, sugars 2g, protein 1g.
I may actually try this in a real stir fry.
