I know that lots of people have recently received or are dusting off the Turbo Jam Videos. I am interested in starting a new challenge for all of us.
And for those that have been doing this for awhile I thought this might jump start you to the next level.
I thought we would start this next Monday, August 14th. This will give us time to get ready mentally, for those of us with new videos to practive a few times, and to go grocery shopping so that we have no excuses!!!

May I join too? I would love to start monday especially since that's when I'll be starting WW too. Are you ladies doing the beginners rotation or something else? I've only done the beginners so far. Thanks
Count me in! I just got mine yesterday and haven't really had a chance to go through it yet, so I don't know what the beginners rotation is. I'm planning on digging into it tonight while DH is at the amusement park. (I love my alone time!!)

YES!! I am all over this!! My mom just got it for me and I haven't even looked at it yet but I had noticed so many others!! It will be great to start with some of you other at the beginning too!! I will look at mine tonight while my DH is at his meeting?

As for what we are doing? You can really do whatever you want.
I am looking at doing to 10 day kickstart plan.
I know we have some people that may be on the advanced rotation - some that may be on the beginners rotation. Wherever you are in your progress just hop in.
I was planning on posting my measurements on Monday and really see if I can do this....

Well I started my Challenge and boy am I out of shape.... I actually completed about 1/2 of the cardio jam video. Did alot of marching in place. Trying to get some of the moves and I am not graceful at all! It is much faster than the beginner video but I stuck with it. I will get better as I go along I am sure.
I will post all my stats in a little while.

I will get to my workout later this morning. My weightloss ticker shows that I have to loss 62 pounds. I hope to loose 2 pounds during this challenge and an inch of my waist.

I'm ready to do this as well. I forgot to take my measurements, so will post them tomorrow. I did weigh in at WW Saturday and lost the lbs I had gained on vacation and an additional 1.4 so I need to update my ticker. I hope to lose at least 5 lbs on this challenge. For everyone who is participating, just remember to be true to yourself. We can support and motivate you, but you are responsible for what you eat and pushing the "Play button".
I watched them all (mostly on very fast forward) but they looked so fun!
Today I did Cardio Party, Ab Jam and most of Lower body Jam. For the next five days I will just become familiar with my new tapes. On day five I will either jump on the first week of the advanced routine of the last week of the beginner routine!
Okay, Day One--I did Cardio Jam this morning, and have been eating on program. I'm not exactly following the TJ food plan, but I'm in the ballpark. I'm on my way to Curves now, and I'll ask them to take my measurements before I work out. I just had a little whoosh at the scale this weekend (lost the weight I gained while traveling the week before ), so I will moderate my expectations, and aim to lose five pounds by the end of this challenge.
