yes, I am an early riser. always have been unless i'm sick. 3 miles leslie sansone's heart healthy walking at home done. will go for a power walk and run some errands in a few minutes.

Changed my water bed (a big chore for me), cleaned a bathroom(we have 3) and made 4 loaves of bread. Hope to get to Leslie later.

today was the warmest day this week-53 degrees. it has been cold for the last few days. my fitness goals for today. went for a power walk to mail some letters and run some errands.
