A Meditation for Relaxation & Wellness
No workout for today. It was close to 90*. I got about 10 minutes into my workout when a customer came in. Then my office turned into a revolving door. One person after another. Even with the high temps and no A/C I couldn't do a workout due to the customers coming in. Tomorrow is suppose to be cooler, so that's good.
We were trying to get things done today, hopefully to make for an easier week, next week. Before I knew it, it was time to close. I didn't get a workout in nor the Oxycise. All I have left to do with my monthly work is to clean and dust the office and clean the bathrooms. Tonight I bought the stuff DH will need, clear liquids, etc. His procedure is on Wednesday. Starting with breakfast on Tuesday he has to begin the clear fluids. His prep starts at 5 PM, so it won't really interfere with work. We will probably close a little early so he can get home. I think his drinks are a liter each and there are two of them.

Got back late Thursday night. My poor feet were so sore and I have a nasty blister on my toe so rested yesterday and today. I wore my fitbit and got around 20,500 steps in per day. I'm up 4 pounds with all the naughty foods and with TOM arrival. So I'm hoping to down it quickly.
