So I thought I would give this another try. I jumped on the thread a couple times before and didn't follow thru...just haven't been on 3fc very often and forget to visit daily to post. I HAVE got to get this weight off though and quit being lazy so...doing it again!
I started today with doing the 1 mile Walk w/Booster two times and then the 1 mile jog. Gotta love the WATP & Leslie Sansone!
did my second fit test today I improved at least a little on everything so that made me feel good. If anyone wants to see the actual numbers its over in the Shaun T's Insanity thread.

I have been walking 2 miles most days, but not getting in here to post. Today I am going to walk in the mall at noon. plans to walk 45 minutes in there.
