need recs for arm/ab videos
Hi everyone,
I'm looking to either buy dvd's, or purchase and be able to burn a disk (or save on a data stick) some good exercise videos for upper body and abs. Ideally, I'd be looking for a 15-20 minute upper body dumbell workout that also works the back heavily, and a 15 minute ab video. I used to love Exercise tv for abls but it's no longer available in my area. Any recommendations appreciated.
