We are going out of town for the Memorial weekend. Swimming will probably be my workout for the next few days! I am so excited. I haven't been swimming in years! I bought a gorgeous new swimsuit, too! I will be back with my workouts on Tuesday. I hope you have a safe but fun Memorial holiday!

I have done this workout 3 times now and really like it. It's cardio and weights. If you want a tough workout you may want to look at this one. I think I already mentioned this, but I bought it from Sam's for around $9. I think it was a great buy.
