I've had major problems with my feet for the last year or so, sometimes I've found myself barely hobbling around.
I recently discovered a video series, Aligned and Well, created by Katy Bowman, a biomechanical scientist. I really like her style! She explains everything very well, and seems friendly and likable.
One of the videos is dedicated to the feet. Fix Your Feet includes an informative intro on how the feet work and how the care of our feet impact our quality of life. She includes a variety of exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles in our feet.
The exercises are good for everything from plantar fasciitis to runners feet repair. They are very simple, but proven effective.
I've been following the exercises in this video for about a month now and have noticed a huge difference in the way my feet feel and move. I don't plan to stop, either.
If you have problems with your feet that interfere with your ability to do other exercises or even with your daily routines, this video can help
Here are some clips that will show you what the video is about

Most foot pain is entirely preventable and reversible through a thoughtfully designed exercise routine. Fallen arches, inflamed fascia, and over-tight foot muscles are all created through movement habits, and can quickly improve when those habits are corrected.
