Default Can I do Jillian's Yoga Meltdown everyday?

Or like 5-6 days a week? I was thinking of doing a level first thing every morning...but am not sure if it is too much strength training that I should do it every other day. Plus, I'd be doing other strength dvds every other day and would that affect them?
I'm not sure if it is considered ST and just wanted to ask...thanks!

I was doing Yoga Meltdown every morning, 5 days a week for awhile without any problems. It actually helped me to recover each morning from my evening workout the night before (I was doing YM in the am and then alternating cardio and strength workouts in the evening).

Thanks for the reply!!
I think I'll aim to do it daily! The only thing I think it is tough on my wrists/elbows with all of the planks (sun salutations, plank poses ect)
But if this does seem to pose a problem I'll cut back on it
