I just did L1 D5, I made it through all the cardio without taking a 5 second break!
I feel bad that I skipped yesterday's workout - I made bread for the first time and my arms were killing me from kneading the dough 50 times! It was a stiff dough and very hard to knead. I am sure that I would not have been able to do it before I had started this program though.
Even if I miss a day, I am not throwing in the towel! Just like eating on plan, one mistake doesn't have to ruin your whole life!!!
Hey everyone! I started this workout yesterday! It actually seemed a little easier today, maybe because I knew what to expect. Man am I sore though, I feel like I'm waddling around like a duck! I suppose that means it's working though. I have an elliptical & I think when I get past day 7 or 8 and am less sore I will get back to doing that as well, but right now I'm just too sore to do anything else.
The soreness for me only lasted the first 2 days and now my legs are so strong! I am taking the weekends off, so will be starting up tomorrow again! THat will be Day 6 for me.
Tonight was Day 1 for me. I've had the video for about 5 days and couldn't get the courage to do it - it took a friend to come over and work out with me! I loved it though. I will be doing it again tomorrow.
I swear to god though, that was the hardest darned 20 minutes ever!!
It didn't help that my dvd player was playing it slow, so it was choppy and slow, so I think the video lasted 10 minutes longer than it should have. I think we overdid it !! lol !
So today is my day 6 & I did level 2 for the first time. I am loving it. I took some pictures again today & compared them to day 1 & you can see a big change in my stomach area! This is the best workout ever & I'm so happy to not be painfully sore anymore!!!

That's awesome! I just got the dvd, and I'm starting tomorrow.
I did day 2 today, 6 days after day 1 lol. Wasn't feeling well for a bit. I stretched more than she did afterwards so I am feeling great now. I'm sure I won't be sore at all tomorrow and will be able to do day 3 ! I'm positive that was my problem last time. Her cool down stretches are too archaic and not long enough.
I recently acquired her "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" and "No More Trouble Zones". I might do one of them before bed tonight. I know I did the 30 Day Shred already BUT I'd rather go along with it and move to it while I watch it for the first time, than sit on my butt and watch it !
