Good news and bad news...
Bad News: I couldn't find my 5 lb. weights so I had to use the 3 lb-ers. Also, I chickened out of real push-ups and stuck with the 25 girly ones.
Good News: It's 2am, and I just finished my workout! Those of you who may be concerned about my sleep, don't be; I'm off work over the summer (teacher) and my pattern is go to sleep around 3-4am, wake up around 12-1pm. This way I get to spend more time with my husband, he works 2nd shift and can't sleep right after work. ANYWAY, I finished and I feel good. Cardio was going strong today, strength is 99% cheat free, and I always love the ab moves.
