Zumba & Results
Ok, I'm getting some info on Zumba and it looks really fun and I may try it. What have your results been with Zumba? Do you lose weight and inches fairly quickly? Have any before and after pics that can give me some motivation? Anyway, would love to hear anyone's weight loss story on the Zumba.
