I really like Cathe's kick punch crunch for cardio
Jillian Michaels for circuit training
and Slim Series (advanced slim in 6) for strength.

I like hard dvd's with lots of weight lifting and minimal dancey movements

I've always loved my Billy Blanks tae bo tapes, especially the boot camp series. I also like Jillian Michaels, even though her workouts KILL ME!!

My newest love affair is with the dance and yoga videos On Demand/online (http://exercisetv.tv) for ExerciseTV. I'm especially in love with Jennifer Galardi's Ballet Strength workout - wooo!!! You have to totally rely on yourself to do the moves and they BURN! I feel amazing after I do it and it only takes about 20 minutes! Best of all? It's a FREE workout! It doesn't get better than free, lol!

Here's a link to the Ballet Strength workout:

Turbo Jam - Cardio Party Mix 3. It's my "go to workout" whenever I feel blah, and don't know what to do. Chalene always has a party and a sweat waiting for me!!!

Has anyone tried The Firm. I used to really enjoy those videos and felt I got results. It's hard on the knees though. Has anyone tried the 3 day melt? I thought that it may be a good core workout -- need to start somewhere right? I'm at my largest now 187. I want to start a weight loss program but I find myself looking at the people doing the workout and wonder what other workouts they have done to get in the shape their in. Then I loose confidence that the workout I'm doing will not give me the results I want (insanity huh)

I like the Leslie Sansone videos because they are easy but give me great results. I also do the biggest loser workout that is very intense and focuses on your lower body. I just pick one depending on how good and motivated I feel that day.

My current favorite is Biggest Loser Weightloss Yoga!!! Bob kicks butt!!! You will sweat and tone. Pushups, planks, legs and core!!!! Lots of easy ways to modify and easy to pickup. NO dancy moves. Just you and your inner strength.

second fav is Kendall Hogan. He used to be on exercise tv. He has a peak performance cardio that will give a good calorie burn with some nice lower body toning without you even knowing your doing it in 30 minutes.

I have a vast collection of exercise videos. Some have been used, others not. One of the ones i always seem to go back to for a nice light pilates workout is Denise Austin (I know she's annoying to many but I really love this workout) Mat Workout Based on the Work of JH Pilates. Probably because it's shorter in length (20 minutes). And I know the routine so well that even when I skip it for awhile I always find it easy to go back to. I'm not constantly looking up at the screen. I only do the first workout on the video.

I have recently got The Biggest Loser Yoga for Weight Loss and I love it! Bob will kick your butt!
