I've always loved my Billy Blanks tae bo tapes, especially the boot camp series. I also like Jillian Michaels, even though her workouts KILL ME!!

I feel amazing after I do it and it only takes about 20 minutes! Best of all? It's a FREE workout! It doesn't get better than free, lol!
