Hi there! I was just wondering if any of you have done the 10 day challenge? I have the dvd's but never really got into them. Well my gym is having the 10 day challenge as a competition starting the 19th. I signed up for it and was just wondering if any body had real success with losing with it and the eating plan.
i followed the 10-day challenge BUT only did the eating part for 5 days and the exercises for 10 =)! after the 5 first days i felt a bit tired, so i ate more =)! ( I am nursing a baby, so this is why lol)
I like the 10 day challenge because the more effort, you put into it, the better the results you get....I lost 6 pounds with it. Good luck!
