I don't have the newest Firm workout, but I have the previous one, plus a couple of extras (like the Jiggle free series). I started in mid-October. I did the Firm at least 3 days a week, and just cardio (treadmill) for 2 days a week. I also started Weight Watchers at home a few weeks after I started working out. I lost 20 lbs. in 2 months. I also started seeing changes in my body--legs and arms were more defined, etc.

You definitely have to change how you eat, but you definitely should be able to lose the 20 lbs. by your goal date if you stick with it.

You also have to work your hardest during each workout. You can't just phone it in.
