Does anybody know of a good stability ball workout dvd? I've just recently bought a ball because i've heard how good they are and how they really work your muscles but i find it easier to workout to DVD's than to do it on my own. Although i may have to print out some movements from the internet if i can't find a good DVD.

I LOVE the stability ball. I alternate that with pilates and some videos incorporate both. But for stability ball i think Gunner Peterson's Core Secret is great. He has several tapes out. If you are just getting into it, i like "Gunner Petersons FUNdamentals", it is a nice simple workout. He also has some that really get your heart rate going involving the ball, kind of cool. Just make sure you have some hand weights, 2 pound, 8 pound, whatever your level is. I bought mine on ebay for next to nothing.

The Biggest Loser 2 uses the stability ball in both a flexibility and a boot camp workout.

I rotate between that one and the Core Secrets DVD from Target. The plus about the Core Secrets is that it's A: only about $9 and B: it has multiple workouts.


On a side note: I love my ball I use it almost daily, it makes such a difference in your work-out routine.
