Does anyone know a good beginner step aerobic video? I just got a step and I did the video that came with it. I like it, but I think that it's going to get old pretty soon. I like a lot of variety in my workouts. Otherwise I don't do them. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've never done step aerobics before, so advanced or ones that move really fast would totally lose me. TIA.

Kathy Smith's Step Workout. It's great for a beginner, and has toning on it as well. Also, Gilad's Step Workout -- it was filmed on a beach in Hawaii. It's one of my favorites! The steps are very basic, but it builds in intensity and is a wonderful workout. It also includes an abs workout.

cool thanks!!! I'll have to look for them. I've heard the Gilead one's kind of cheesy, but good.

I have two favorites, and they are both DVDs with Gilad. One is his "Step Aerobics" workout , and the other is his "Step and Tone" workout. The "Step and Tone" workout has you use weights as you step. Both get me sweating!

Gilad is a champion decathlete and also a former fitness trainer for the army in Israel. I LOVE his great attitude and admire all he has accomplished in his life. My sons are track and field athletes, so I really enjoy spending time with someone via DVD who has worked so hard to compete in TEN EVENTS!!!!
