I have two favorites, and they are both DVDs with Gilad. One is his "Step Aerobics" workout , and the other is his "Step and Tone" workout. The "Step and Tone" workout has you use weights as you step. Both get me sweating!
Gilad is a champion decathlete and also a former fitness trainer for the army in Israel. I LOVE his great attitude and admire all he has accomplished in his life. My sons are track and field athletes, so I really enjoy spending time with someone via DVD who has worked so hard to compete in TEN EVENTS!!!!
