I am new to this site. My weight has fluctuated the last few years. This past year has been harder to get motivated than previous years though this is not my lowest point - that was 2 years ago - but I am close to getting there now. I am having a hard time finding motivation and will power. I do good watching what I eat and exercising for the first few days in a week and then take a small bite of my children's pasta and meatballs or cheeseburgers and then I lose it. I am now back to trying but I find it so much harder this time around.
Anyone have any experiences they can share?
I read recently that, when we fail, it is not a lack of willpower but of motivation. That if we are motivated enough, willpower soon follows.
