i've been stuck in the 130s FOREVER. seriously! i finally managed to get down to 131 and after that the scale wouldn't budge. back up to mid-130s now so here's yet another go at it. my goal for the end of august is 132.

ion - Looks like we have just about the same stats for weight and height! We are also both doing MFP. I am just double your age:eek:

Hiiii,

I'm Anna from the UK! I probably belong more in the 140s thread because I am teetering on the edge of 139/140, but since I plan to say "see ya 130's!" I thought I'd start my 3FC posting in this thread!

I've been eating rubbish and not exercising for the last few months and while I'm relatively lucky with what it's done to my weight, I'm fed up with being "skinny fat" and want to do something about it. I only started at the weekend but I'm feeling fairly positive about things at the moment.

I actually don't mind exercising- I'm signed up for a 10 mile run in October too, so I've got no excuse not to get out for a run. But I've got a major sweet tooth and because I've been going through a fair bit of stress at work, I've been using it as an excuse to snack on big chunks of flapjack and cookies. I live with my boyfriend so I've asked him to help keep me accountable for the junk I eat and hopefully 3FC will do that too :).

Anyway, that was a rambly hello :)

I am starting to feel hopeless with the weight loss. I was 133.2 Saturday so I thought hmm I could actually be 132.something by the end of the week and after another good eating day wham I am 135.2 Sunday and of course I over ate yesterday because I was so upset and was 135.8 this am. ugh I am doing the same dance I did all of July so now I am into the 6 week mark of hovering around the same friggin weight. :(

Hey everyone ... after a MONTH between 132-134 with many weekend slip-ups, I can finally say that I'm back on track and weighed in at 131.0 this morning! Hoping to see the 120s by the end of the month. :)

kifli 08-13-2012 09:14 PM

137.5 this morning :)
Hope it lasts or goes lower...

Still hanging around the 136lbs mark... 3rd week in a row now. :(

ion 08-14-2012 08:15 PM

i binged a lot a few days ago and shot up to 137, but within a few days i dropped back down to 134.4. seems rapid but maybe it was just water retention?

Sarahlynn 08-15-2012 09:36 AM

134.8 yesterday and 135 today. GAH!! So frustrated

Ladybug10 08-15-2012 04:14 PM

134.6. I'll check again at the end of the week or when TOM is over. I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far! :)

After a long, long summer, I have finally dropped out of the 130's! I was beginning to doubt if it would ever happen but it did and it feels great! Don't give up even if the weight loss is slow, slow, slow! Good luck to all of you and I hope to see you in the 120's soon!
